About Us

Established in 2012, The SOS VDA program is a more business friendly and efficient means to come into compliance with the State’s unclaimed property laws. Upon completion of the program, Holders obtain a settlement agreement that allows for:

  • a waiver of interest and penalties
  • protection from audit
  • indemnification against other states and claimants

for all entities, property types, and years included in their SOS VDA.
